U.S. National Voter Registration Day is Tuesday September 15th 2026.

Houston City College community members, students, staff, and faculty can pick up Harris County Voter Registration forms at the following HCC Library locations:

• Acres Homes Electronic Resource Center (ERC) | 8:00a.m. - 4:00p.m.
• Central Library | 7:30a.m. - 9:00p.m.
• Codwell Library @ NE Campus | 7:30a.m. - 6:00p.m.
• Eastside Library | 7:30a.m. - 9:00p.m.
• North Forest Digital Access Center (DAC) | 8:00a.m. - 6:00p.m.
• Northline Library | 7:30a.m. - 9:00p.m.
• South Digital Access Center (DAC) | 8:00a.m. - 6:00p.m.

Please do not take more than three (3) application cards per person. HC Voter Registration forms have prepaid postage and do not require a stamp before completing and mailing. They are available in English, Spanish (Español), Chinese (中国人), and Vietnamese (Tiếng Việt). [Reminder] The last day to register to vote to participate in the 2026 General (Midterms) Election is Monday October 5, 2026. This means that your voter registration application should be mailed AND postmarked no later than 5:00PM Central Time that day, or you can submit it in person at your nearest county voter registrar no later than their office's close of business (C.O.B.) on that day. Voter registrar office hours may vary by location.
