[Reading Culture] PBS Monstrum Watch Party: Monsters of Brazilian & Amazonian Folklore at Northline In-Person
HCC students, staff, and faculty are invited to attend the Monstrum Watch Party: Monsters of Brazilian & Amazonian Folklore.
Presenters: Raquel Donahue (Librarian) and Sophia Hernandez (Library Assistant)
Location: Northline Campus Library in Main Building A, Instructional Lab 406.7
Date/Time: Monday April 1, 2024 11:00am to 12:00pm
Attendees will learn about Brazilian and Amazonian folkloric monsters with the help of HCC Library resources and PBS's Monstrum series. They will also learn about some native cultivars of Brazil with Brazilian-inspired refreshments and a coloring activity.

For scholarship participants, this event is a qualifying cultural event for the Spring 2024 Reading Culture program. Don't forget to write a 100 - 200 word reflection after attending to upload to the Reading Culture Assignments area.
