Early Voting

Eligible Texas residents can begin early voting in Harris County, Texas on Monday, October 21, 2024 at 7:00a.m. through Friday, November 1, 2024 at 7:00p.m. Central Time.

Dates and Times

Monday October 21, 2024 to Saturday, October 26, 2024 -- 7AM - 7PM

Sunday October 27, 2024 -- 12PM - 7PM

Monday October 28, 2024 to Wednesday October 30, 2024 -- 7AM - 8PM

Thursday October 31, 2024 -- 7AM - 9PM

Friday November 1, 2024 -- 7AM - 7PM

For convenience, select Houston Community College campuses will serve as early voting locations:

Election Day

Election Day, for those who miss early voting, will take place on Tuesday, November 5, 2024 at 7:00a.m. through 7:00p.m. CT. Note: If you are in line before the polls are scheduled to close at 7:00p.m. CT, stay in line even after 7:00p.m. CT. You have the right to stay in line as long as it takes to cast your vote. [Source]
