Harris County, TX Voter Registration Applications are available at HCC's Northline Library (Building A, 4th Floor, Room 406) for all HCC faculty, staff, students, and community members. They are available in English, Spanish (Español), Chinese (中国人), and Vietnamese (Tiếng Việt).

Qualifying voters planning to participate in the Joint Election on Saturday May 3, 2025 in Harris County, must be registered to vote at least 30 days prior to the election. Voter Registration Applications should be turned in or mailed and postmarked no later than Thursday April 3, 2025.

Harris County, TX Voter Registration Applications are also available at Acres Homes Electronic Resource Center, Central Library, Codwell (Northeast) Library, Eastside Library, North Forest Digital Access Center, and South Digital Access Center.
