This webinar states it is designed specifically for public librarians and nonprofit leaders who want to transform their programming approach.

This session is good for anyone with a service base of patrons, interested in having more impactful programs, refresh existing programs, or create new ones. The objectives are (1.) Methods for building programs that adapt and grow with your community. (4.) Real-world examples and case studies from successful library initiatives. (5.) Tools for measuring and communicating program value to stakeholders. Presented by M'Balu "Lu" Bangura (Legacy Labs, consulting firm, former Chief of Equity and Fair Practices-Enoch Pratt Free Library) via Niche Academy.

 

Open to all library faculty and staff.   LTA Credit = 1-hr
