DESCRIPTION:HCC Central Library Student Library Advisory Council is 
 organizing the Finals De-Stress at HCC Central Campus. This de‎-‎stress 
 event is in partnership with Cosmetology department with Cosmetology 
 students offering free ‎manicures ‎(‎under instructor supervision‎) 
 ‎to all HCC Students‎. ‎This will both support the curriculum 
 allowing Cosmetology students with another opportunity to apply the skills 
 they are learning in the program and offers HCC students a way to 
 decompress during a highly stressful time of the academic year‎.
